Exchange & Return Policy – Havana’s Secret 🤍

For your comfort and confidence in our products, please review the following policy before placing your order:

1. Order Inspection Upon Delivery

• Customers are allowed to inspect their order only in the presence of the shipping representative and after completing the payment.

• Inspection before payment is not permitted in accordance with our shipping partners’ policies.

• Once the courier leaves, the order is considered accepted in its received condition.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged or returned:

• Panties

• Lingerie

• Fishnet stockings

• Swimwear and all beachwear items

• Any item that has been used or worn

3. Eligible Items for Exchange or Return

• All other items can be exchanged or returned after being received and inspected by our team.

• The item must be:

  • In its original condition

  • Unused

  • Returned with all original packaging and tags

4. Silicone Products & Intimate Items

• Exchange or return requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.

• If the product has been tried on or the plastic seal/packaging has been removed, it cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds are issued via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash.

• Shipping fees for exchange or return will be deducted from the refunded amount.

• Refund processing may take up to 28 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
