Returns & Exchanges Policy

Perfect fit promise: returns & exchanges are valid for 14 days for all products.

All inner pants can only be returned in the presence of the shipping representative.

We only accept underwear in unworn condition, with original tags,  original polybag.

Returning bras requires inspection and confirmation that the product is in its original condition.

After confirming that all products are in their original condition, the amount will be refunded, after deducting the return shipping costs.

You can locate your order number in your confirmation email.
